Service Description
Before services begin, we schedule a meet and greet so I can learn about your pet’s routine, personality, and care needs as well as learn if we are a good fit for one another. During this visit, clients will also complete the sitter agreement and veterinary release form so everything is in place should your pet ever need care while you are away. This helps ensure your pet receives safe, smooth, and reliable care from the very beginning. 🐾
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Cancellation Policy Payment: All services must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the service begins will receive 50% of the service refunded. This ensures your pet’s care is properly scheduled and reserved and allows me to provide reliable, consistent service to all clients.
