FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Everything You Need to Know
Leaving your pet with a stranger is never an easy decision, and I’m sure you have a lot of questions about how it works.
I’ve compiled some of the most common questions into the list below.
If you want further information, just get in touch.

HOW MANY PETS DO YOU SIT FOR AT ONCE?
I provide personalized, dedicated care by house sitting for only one family at a time. This means your pets receive my full attention and are not competing with multiple households for care. By focusing on one home, I’m able to maintain your pet’s normal routine and provide the highest level of comfort, safety, and consistency.
Because I limit my bookings this way, availability can fill up quickly, especially during holidays and busy travel seasons. If you are planning a trip or need pet care for specific dates, it’s important to reach out as soon as possible so I can reserve those dates for you.
This approach allows me to provide calm, attentive, and reliable care while giving pet parents peace of mind knowing their pets and home are my top priority.

MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET. WILL YOU TAKE THEM?
Yes, if a medical situation comes up, I will take your pet to the veterinarian if necessary.
Your pet’s health and safety are always my top priority.
If there is an emergency or a situation where your pet appears sick or injured, I will first attempt to contact you right away.
If I’m unable to reach you and immediate care is needed,
I will transport your pet to your preferred veterinarian or the nearest emergency veterinary clinic.
For this reason, a Veterinary Release Form is included in the client paperwork. This form gives me permission to seek veterinary care for your pet if you cannot be reached and ensures the clinic can treat your pet without delay.

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH RARE OR EXOTIC PETS?
Yes! I have experience caring for a wide variety of animals, including many exotic pets.
I am comfortable caring for reptiles, rodents, birds, fish, and farm animals, in addition to dogs and cats.
I understand that exotic pets often have specific feeding schedules, habitat requirements, and handling needs, and I’m happy to follow your detailed care instructions to keep them healthy and comfortable while you’re away.
All pets are welcome! Whether you have a gecko, guinea pig, parrot, aquarium, chickens, or a traditional household pet,
I’m experienced and happy to help provide attentive care.
